In 2018, Christopher and his fellow certified Enneagram teacher, Sandra Smith, launched a new podcast and companion book, Heart of the Enneagram. Taking a deeper dive into the complexities and nuances of the Enneagram, Heart of the Enneagram offers listeners and readers the opportunity to learn this powerful system from the perspective of individuals who share their own stories.
Founded in 1988 by Helen Palmer and Dr. David Daniels, The Narrative Enneagram is the oldest and most respected Enneagram training organization in the world. The Narrative tradition offers two distinctive approaches to sharing the wisdom of the Enneagram:
- Teaching using the panel method in which participants share their own experiences, giving learners an embodied sense of each type
- Integrating three fields of psychology, spirituality, and somatics in order to facilitate growth and transformation
